I am always trying to combine yummy and healthy. Last week I managed to put this recipe together and, according to the children, they are mummy’s best. You will need 3 large ripe bananas 1/3 of a cup of Olive oil 2 organic eggs 1/4 of organic honey or fructose (your choice) 1/2 cup of organic wheatgerm 1/2  organic baby oats  or bram  (you can also use rolled oats and blend them using a blender  or liquidizer) 1/2 cup of  organic wholemeal flour 1 pinch of salt 2 full spoons of organic cinnamon 1/4 of a tea spoon  of soda carbonate 1 tea spoon of baking powder Around 10 blueberris — Turn the oven on at 180 Mix the eggs oil and bananas in a  blender or liquidizer. Add the dry ingredients  apart from the  the soda and the baking powder and mix at full power. If you think that the mix is is a bit too thick you can add a little of water. Add the  soda carbonate and the baking powder and  blend them slowly. Place the mix into a coated muffins tray. Place some blueberries in the middle of the mix.
