I am a huge fan of smoothies and here is one of the recipes that I really like:  In a blender or liquidizer blend a cup of papaya, half medium size ripe mango and a glass of young coconut water. Top it up with some rolled organic oats and chia seeds. Mix it smoothly and enjoy!  I guess I do not need to write about the benefits of all this ingredients.
